Missing ssleay32.dll when using Origin

I have been trying to install ReShade to Crysis 3 and Mass Effect. When I do I get the missing ssleay32.dll error. However that file is in the core file. I tried moving the file to binaries but I still get the same error. When installing to Tomb Raider it works fine. Is there anything I can do?
