The Witcher 3 Crashes was created by Techno Peter
Just installed Reshade 3.0, it works fine in the main menu but as soon as the game has finished loading it crashes.

Make sure you don't have any interfering software running (overlays, etc., see compatibility list for more info) and disable the GOG Galaxy in-game overlay (More > Settings > Game > Installed DLCs > Game Overlay) in case you use Galaxy. Witcher 3 works with ReShade 3.0, just tested again.

I have the same kind of crash with the same error code, randomly while playing. I played it through in 60+ hours with not a single crash but lately (using ReShade) it crashes very frequently with no apparent reason. No GOG Galaxy or any other overlay interfering.

I use the Steam version of the game, and disabling the Steam overlay didn't help. Sorry for the late answer, I was on vacation for a week.
