Witcher 3 reshade uninstall

I learned that i have to delete the d3d9.dll from witcher 3 x64 folder for reshade to completely uninstall but then witcher 3 game doesnt start.
I tried to verify/repair the game folder through gog and it doesnt generates a d3d9.dll file.

Can someone give me some advice?
