Catastrophic failure

I just tried to use reshade (3.0.4) on my second computer and whenever i try to select a game it shows a pop up with Open as the title and the game name, under that it says Catastrophic failure with an OK button.It says it on every game i have, resahde works fine on my main computer. I even tried different versions and they all say the same thing.
