The Secret World DX9 crash on launch

Hello,
I tried launching TSW on directX 9, because on gtx970 dx11 gives like 40-50 fps tops. If i switch to dx9 and reinstall reshade for dx9 it crashes on launch with "Failed to initialize rendering subsystem". Any ideas on how to fix it?
