Arma 3 CTD on start-up (3.0.6)

Since the 3.0.6 update ReShade with Arma 3 no longer seems to work.
Immediate crash at startup, exit code: 0xC0000005 STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION.

Work-around:
Create a new folder in steamapps>common and name it Reshade and pull "reshade-shaders" from Arma 3 into this new folder and start up Arma 3 and open the Reshade menu and change directory from /Arma 3/reshade-shaders to /Reshade/reshade-textures and reload shaders.
Note that you will have to alternate between these two folders and change every single time you star tthe game again to avoid crash.
