1 out of 55?

Are you sure it isn't a false positive? Never had any issues or noticed anything weird (not that says anything though :P)

My Antivirus sometimes detects Reshade as a danger too. Often the first day of new version. But after a day or two it learnt and no flag.

It is a false positive, so no danger. As long it comes from the official source, there is no danger. I override my Antivirus.

One of my enb fx files on GTASA had a 1/XX once on Virustotal. So yeah, this means nothing.

I find my gut check more reliable than an anti-virus nowadays. If it passes it and Windows Defender, then I can 99% assure you it's not a virus. But then again, Defender is not always correct.
