Resizing OpenGL32 powered game loses depth buffer

When Reshade is used with an OpenGL32 powered game, like DOOM, the depth buffer works OK. However when the resolution is changed, e.g. by resizing the window, reshade still works, but fails to obtain the new depth buffer: it's empty.

Resizing the window again back to the original size re-enables the depth buffer again.

Not a general OpenGL issue. It only seems to happen with id Tech games.
