To whom may concern,
How can I get rid of the 2nd bugged screen on the top left corner?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

I'm new here.
What else can I post to help figure this out?
I'm on Windows 8.1 and it is surely linked to Reshade because on a clean install it's all good.
