New versions of reshade works in ME:A with some little issues. But the biggest problem (in my opinion) is, that the mouse cursor is displayed permanently in the middle of the screen. For example, if you are ingame(not menu) and minimize the game to go to the desktop and go back - the cursor is not there, but if you go in the menu and back to game - the cursor will stuck in the middle...

and btw, the tilt shift effect has the same problem like in unreal engine 4 games - no transition

Seconding this problem -- I've fixed it by going into the weapon wheel and selecting a weapon but it's a temp fix and doesn't work all the time. Sometimes going to the map and going back out will fix it too but it's super hit and miss and very annoying. :(

Happens to me too ...

So this is caused by ReShade itself?
Little sad that Crosire is too busy to fix it now.

Maybe we should try older version of ReShade without in-game UI, v1.0 perhaps?

The game appears to constantly query input devices, an hour or so after playing and the log file for ReShade grows to over a MB of data with some line about input devices repeating forever, guessing that interferes and causes this?

I'm just a user, but i wonder - why redirect/intercept them if there is no ReShade UI on the screen. Too much off work for ReShade...

Maybe something like INI option for complete disable these redirects/UI would help. I mean it's not like you need ReShade UI all the time.

Same issue here. No ideas how to remedy this yet?

easy fix to this turn origin overlay off , the overlay has problems with a lot of software out i in general dont think EA gives two shits about this either as its never been fixed... The newer reshade is the only one that will work with mass effect Andromeda if your running it in dx12 mode and this has a lot of issues with shaders anyway depth buffer is weird and doesnt work correctly( i know its reversed).

yes, origin sucks so much... in bf1 with shader it will stop your movement...

Still doesn't work. There is a bug in the game itself that also makes the cursor appear. Reshade seems to exasperate it even more. Also the input isn't blocked when the overlay is up, no matter what setting you have it set to. So you're constantly firing your weapon while making changes.

Did anyone ever find a fix for this? it really is quite annoying.

All the listed fixes I've seen (-nocursor in the target line, running as administrator, disabling origin overlay) don't work.

Look what I found, I think it's some kind of injector over the injector over Reshade?... i'm not sure, it looks very complicated. :pinch:

Anyways, i haven't tried it but here is a quote

Kaldaien says:
"ReShade Needs this Feature in a LOT of Games :)"

And

Mass Effect Andromeda was driving me insane, so I took a look at a few games with the same level of mouse warpiness and added a new feature to tone down the anti-warp system.
This system has always been there, but the screen coverage area was not customizable and users were experiencing deadzones in the center of their screen where the UI would behave strangely without me ever explaining what was going on.
This should take care of all of that, probably in the most customizable way anyone's ever attempted for a mod like this -- granted the bar's not very high because I only know of ReShade and it didn't bother to address this issue :)

And finally

Fixed Mass Effect Andromeda's mouse problems finally :)

steamcommunity.com/groups/SpecialK_Mods seems like a his own group (Kaldaien's group) where you can find that... injector?
