Where are app settings stored?

I'm using Reshade 3.0.6 at the moment. I need your help to find where settings are stored. I'm not talking about game profiles, but application settings such as custom toggle hotkey, etc. I've been searching with no luck. Windows 10 64bit here. I'd appreciate any help. :whistle:

d3d9.ini or dxgi.ini or opengl32.ini or ReShade.ini in the game folder, depending on how ReShade was installed.
