Weird tiny screen in Rainbow Six: Siege was created by slicernce

For some reason in Rainbow Six: Siege, when I disable reshade there is a weird tiny screen in the top left corner that looks like this:

. When reshade is enabled, it goes away. Does anyone know what this is?
