Guessing you used the ReShade_Setup.exe to automate it?
Game should be Steam exclusive so that would be "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common" by default and then the "PUBG" folder.
If there's a D3D9.dll, DXGI.dll or D3D11.dll file here (EDIT: Only this folder, don't alter files with this name from anywhere else.) just delete it and that should be all.
It's also a UE4 game so if this is where said .dll file is located it's in the wrong location as this is just a stub or launcher exe, correct folder path is " PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64\TslGame_BE.exe" which you can try moving the file to and see if that works better.
