[SOLVED] Cannot install ReShade 3.0.7 on Windows 10

I cannot run the installation file ReShade_Setup_3.0.7.exe after downloading it from the website.
I tried to double-clicked on it, or right click & run as administrator. Nothing happen.
I can saw that "ReShade Setup" showed in Task Manager for a second & disappeared immediately. What's wrong with me ?
I'm not using any anti-virus program, just only Window Defender.
Please help me. Thanks.
My system:

- Windows 10 PRO Version 10.0.15063 Build 15063
- CPU i5 7500
- Ram 16GB
- VGA GTX 1060 6GB

I got the exact same problem for 2 months now!

Same build as stated above.

- CPU i5 4690K
- GTX 1080

I did a clean Windows 10 reinstall, before I could use Reshade without any problems and now I can't even start the setup!

Try compatibility mode yet?

Also, if you can open up the installer on another computer you can extract the .dll's to bring back to your main pc.

I tried compatibility mode and with forced administrator privilieges, nothing did work so far.

Solved, try closing MSI Afterburner and RivaTurner and works well
