reshade 2.x.x doesnt load keeps saying loading effect in top left corner of screen never finishing loading ...and 3.x.x says use shift + f2 to acces menu...tha t doesnt work either so either the game doesnt work with reshade or what? i need some assistance.

There a few OpenGL games who use "wglMakeCurrent" in a way that's not compatible with how ReShade works. Those are unfortunately entirely incompatible and that will likely not change anytime soon.
