Black Ops 2 Unable to connect while using Reshade

I'm Unable to connect to in-game pass the main menu with ReShade.
The settings for effect and all works just fine at main menu, but once i try click Online, it returns an error that "server is unavailable at the moment, please try again".
I moved the Reshade files from that Black Ops 2 folder to somewhere else to boot the game without them. I can connect just fine to the game.
So returned the files and rebooted the game again. The error came back.
Tried clean install Reshade without changing any settings, still same error. Feels like ReShade is blocking me from going online...
Any reason for this weird behaviour?

Windows: Window 10 Pro CU 64bit
CPU: I7-2600 3.4GHz
GPU: Nvidia Gigabyte GTX1080 Watercooling
Software overlays: Steam overlay
Other softwares:
Gigabyte Xtreme Fan Control
No Antivirus except for default Windows Defender.
Steam folder in excluded list in WD Anti-virus settings.
Firewalls Black Ops 2 allowed Private & Public.
