CSGO Crashing on startup

I attempt to launch CSGO, it launches fine, gets into the menu, and then as soon as it finishes loading up the shaders, it crashes instantly without fail every time. I have attempted reinstalling reshade, I've restarted my PC, and when I attempted to remove any overlays such as the Steam overlay and the Overwolf overlay, the game wouldn't even run.

Specs:
- Zotac GTX 780
- 16 GB Ram
- Win 10 x64
- Intel i7

EDIT
It says "missing vgui" just before it shuts down.

CSGO does not support Reshade anymore, any type of mod that changes things inside the .dlls of counter strike will result in a crash and even a vac ban be careful
