FFXIV Memory Leak

Reshade was working fine with Final Fantasy XIV - A Realm Reborn, but a day ago it stopped working. When the game launches I just get a black screen and it hangs forever, I noticed when I run FFXIV with Reshade that FFXIV is using... all 16gigs of my RAM. When I delete the appropriate Reshade files from the game's folder, it launches no problem.

This is something specific occuring in the game itself with Reshade 3.1.x
3.0.8 works
Bolotaurs sweetfx works.

3.1.0 and 3.1.1 affected.

These same settings and filters work in the Stormblood benchmark / Character creator with 3.1.x

starting from 3.1.0, ffxiv_dx11.exe hangs at start and instantly consumes 16+GBs of RAM, eventually crashing with an [ok] crash message listing kernelbase.dll and dxgi.dll

Strangely, the benchmark starts fine with 3.1.0 and 3.1.1, so this must be specific to a recent game patch.
