I have the same issue with FXAA/SMAA on patch 1.0.8.0 as described here:
gtaforums.com/topic/569019-betaiveflc-gr...ge-8#entry1070179184

FXAA/SMAA seems to have incompatibility with patch 1.0.8.0, because I also have EFLC 1.1.2.0 (instead of the latest patch 1.1.3.0) and FXAA works fine there. The issue should also happen with EFLC 1.1.3.0, but I haven't tried FXAA or SMAA on that patch.

Try launching it through steam, end enable steam overlay fps display. Steam overlay with fps counter fixes similar reshade issues i have.

Thanks, that seems to have fixed it. Not sure why though.

Glad it worked for you :cheer: This is caused by nvidia driver bug most likely, but why steam overlay fixes it, i just don't know.
