Help please release d3d8 to 9 to fix this problem

Hi i am big fan of total war games and i use reshade to add gaussian blur effect to rome 1 total war . it make very big difference in graphic i must use d3d8to9 to launch game with reshade everything works perfect but problem is when i use reshade or sweetfx flaming arrows not showing up just like picture
