Stalker Clear Sky stuck on setup

I've installed this preset www.nexusmods.com/stalkerclearsky/mods/481?tab=files it seems to be working however it is stuck at the setup. I've seen other forums but I don't know how and what I'm supposed to do as I don't know how to activate direct3D 10
