ReShade 3.4.0 and Crysis 2 (DX11)

I got this "thing", LOL ("Resolution undefined") instead of a 1920x1080 frame

Was this ever looked into? Would be nice to get it working, still the same problem with Reshade 4.3.0.

I´ve got a fix for you guys.
Install reshade in your Crysis 2 bin32 folder.
BEFORE you start the game go to the bin32 folder and rename the dxgi file to d3d11.
This worked for me.
