How to inject Reshade into Source SDK 2013?

Hello, recently a mod for Half-Life 2 called MMod was released and I wish to use Reshade along with it. I got Reshade 3.4.1 working with all my other Half-Life 2 games, including Black Mesa, but have yet to find a way to make it work with MMod. It is a bit strange from just playing the base Half-Life 2 as it utilizes Source SDK 2013 and the relevant files for the mod are located in Steam/Steamapps/Sourcemods instead of the user's games. I was wondering if anyone more knowledgeable would be able to help me.
