World of Warcraft not working as of this past week

I just tried to load World of Warcraft and am getting an access error. I've used the dx11 version in the past just fine and have avoided dx12 since this isn't compatible. Has anyone encountered this issue with ReShade over the past week with WoW and found a solution? I've tried deleting the WTF folder with no luck and vanilla WoW with dx11 and Reshade v3 or v4 both crash on launch. Again, this is just over the last week for myself
