Full screen optimization

Hello.
Some games do not launch with "disable full screen optimization" checked with reshade. Why is this happening?. I also noticed that if you disable full screen optimization windows 10 game bar does not work either.

UPDATE: D3d9 (d3d9.dll) games wont launch with "disable full screen optimization"checked. But d3d11 (dxgi) dont have this problem. Full screen optimizations is a bad option and should be deactivated.

Any solution for this?.
