I am having trouble installing shaders onto Escape From Tarkov, every time I got to use the programme it gets stuck at "Downloading" neither Open GL or Direct 3d 10+ work.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

You can download them manually from the official github repository.
The OpenGL / DirectX option just concerns the rendering API, which, in this case, is DirectX 11.
