[SOLVED] Reshade not working [TS4]

I'm trying to install reshade for the first time onto the Sims 4, and I'm having no luck. As the banner isn't even showing when I load up the game, I'm not sure what I've done wrong. I've installed it in the Bin folder, and I've tried pressing Home when in game but nothing shows up! It was installed with Direct 9 (or whatever it is) selected as well.

Find the d3d9.dll in your Bin folder and rename it to d3d11.dll and see if it'll start then.

TS4 is a dx9 game but I've heard one or two people have luck renaming the dll.
