When reshade is installed there are two troubles:
1st. Camera movement glitches when it is moved with mouse.
2nd. Can not move with keyboard

Try turning off "Origin In Game" overaly (either just for this game or globally) - I had similar problem where any keyboard input was blocked (but I didn't have any camera glitches).
Right click on the the game in Origin, go to Properites and uncheck the checkbox.
