Try renaming the opengl32.dll in your game directory to something else such as dinput.dll, dinput8.dll, dsound.dll. If the game starts but ReShade doesn't load, it means the DLL wasn't loaded and you should try another name. There are a couple of more possible DLL names, which I don't remember off the top of my head. You can also try to force the loading (injecting) the DLL with a tool such as ENBInjector.
