Effects save but settings do not in FFXIV

I just downloaded Reshade for ffxiv. I finally fixed the problem to save my chosen effects under the "Home" tab, but things such as the overlay key in "settings" tab won't save. I allowed access to the DefaultPreset folder like the error told me to so im kinda stuck now.

Allow access to ReShade.ini as well or run the game as admin (better to do the former).
