Reshade: how to set up it without HOME button? was created by legolas119
Hi
it is the first time I install reshade on a game. I installed it on a MUGEN game. It says that I have to push HOME button to set up it but my keyboard doesn't have this button... can you help me please?
I tired SHIFT+F2 but nothing happens, it appears only a pop up from my nVIdia GPU: "It is necessary a supported game for this function".
many thanks!

Hello! It's possible to use the configuration file to change the key used to show the Reshade menu:
- Go to the folder where you installed MUGEN and Reshade and find a file named "ReShade.ini", open that with your text editor of choice.
- Find the "[INPUT]" header, then underneath find a line that says something like "KeyMenu=36,0,0,0"
- The first number is the key code for the button used to open the menu. 36 is the Home button in this case, so how do we know which number to replace it for? You can go to a website like keycode.info/ and press the button you want to remap it to, it will display a number which is the one you should replace the 36 for.
- Supposing you chose the letter M to display the menu, that one has the key code 77, so the line should now read " KeyMenu=77,0,0,0 ". Save that and close, then restart MUGEN and press your chosen key (in this case M) - voilĂ , now you have Reshade's menu working on your device.

Just to add to this topic - in the general FAQ there's another, more complete guide:

many thanks, done!
Now, in this game I have another little issue: if I push F1 in order to enter the in the Reshader menu, I'm no longer able to see all the available filter that I have in my folder "Street Fighter Extreme 2020\reshade-shaders\Shaders".
I don't understand the reason, I was abel to see anch choose all the filters...
I ahve an issue that I still have to solve: the game isn't able to save the settings in this path:

It seems that it is not possible to save the settings in a file saved in the same folde of the game..a I right?
thank you very much!

it seems the world is small, u talk about maxxxmugen street fighter extreme 2020? if so im the maker of the game. when i released the game i add my preset maxfilters and just add the filters that fits good for the mugen, one of the filter and the most important isnt here on reshade library. i recomend u go reshade settings, choose your game diretory, the textures and filters directory on your pc. then use my preset (got the right configuration for the better grphic look)

Hello! I do not have a folder with that name. I have looked through my folders and none of them have an "Input" menu with 36.0.0 (or something like that)
Can I change this any other way?
I have my sims 4 through origin if that matters!
