[SOLVED] Legacy of Kain: Defiance Depth Buffer is smaller than game

Even when I reduce the resolution, I get the same issue. Any advice on how to fix this?

You can add these two definitions to the global preprocessor definitions in the ReShade UI:

RESHADE_DEPTH_INPUT_Y_OFFSET with value 0
RESHADE_DEPTH_INPUT_Y_SCALE with value 2

That's better but the shadows are still a bit off the models now. Namely, any caused by MXAO or RTGI all a bit to the left of whatever character or object is casting said shadow.

Just play with the offset and scale values a bit until things match up. You can use the DisplayDepth effect to experiment without recompiling all the time before applying the final values to the global preprocessor definitions.

So create an X offset?

Did it. It works. Y Offset is 0.0025. Y Scale is 1.9. X Scale is 1.067. X Offset is 0
