reshade and skater xl

using reshade caused all my downloaded gear and maps to not show up in game. I removed all files pertaining to reshade from the install directory and all my gear and maps reappeared. I put all the reshade files back into the install directory and all maps and gear disappeared again so i tried removing the files pertaining to reshade one by one to see which one was causing it and its the file "dxgi.dll" not sure why this is happening any ideas?
