ReShade won't launch in game - Star Wars: TFU 2

Been trying to get this game to work with reshade all afternoon. The game starts and plays fine but reshade never shows up, I don't see the banner, home key does nothing. I know that reshade is installed correctly, I've reinstalled both reshade and the game multiple times. I was just using reshade this morning with the first Force Unleashed game, had no issues there, game uses same API (directx 9). I checked my log file and this is what I got. Does anyone have any tips/advice for troubleshooting this?
