Having problems with Rust

Hello to everyone.

I recently installed reshader to Rust and I got a few problems.
Straight to the point. The game won't launch when I am not on my native resolution 1440p. The game just sits in blackscreen and won't load.
Same goes to alt tabbing. Whenever I alt-tab from the game (a few times) it freezes on the last frame I alt tabbed the first time.

Does anyone has the same problems with rust and reshader or is it just me?

These are my launch options for rust
gc.buffer 4096 -physics.steps 60 -headlerp_inertia 1000 -gc.incremental_milliseconds 1 -high -maxMem=14000 -malloc=system -force-feature-level-11-0 -cpuCount=8 -exThreads=18  -force-d3d11-no-singlethreaded
