Watch Dogs 2 Reshade gets stuck on "Loading image files for textures"

Been unable to successfully play with reshade for Watch Dogs 2. As soon as I open reshade in game, the whole game freezes and needs to be closed out using task manager.
Here are some specs, I posted the reshade log below:

Reshade 4.9.1
GTX 3070, latest geforce drivers
Windows 10 64 bit
