The 5.0.2 update has a UI bug. 
The Add-ons dropdown listbox is present on all UI tabs and blocks some items from being seen / interacted with.

Not a bug. You just haven't docked the add-on window to the main window, so it's floating as a separate window. Click on it and move it while holding down your left mouse button until the docking indicators show up to dock it to the main window.
