Upon further testing on v5.1.0:
Adding entries directly to the ReShadeApps.ini does work, no need to use the installer.
However, it doesn't work for Game Pass games that use Vulkan or have DXVK/VKD3D in place. I'd blame this on the mess of user permissions the service uses to lock down its games.
I also moved the registry entries pointing to ReShade32/ReShade64.json as stated in the release notes for 5.1.0 with no success, yet all non Game Pass games still work with this setup.
The only way I've managed for ReShade to hook to Vulkan Game Pass games is by installing the Vulkan injector globally via 4.9.1 and replacing the files in C:\ProgramData\ReShade with the 5.1 ones.
