At 1440p when using Reshade in Sekiro, enabling any effect hinders performance drastically.
Changing any graphical settings doesn't fix the issue.
Changing the Reshade version doesn't fix the issue - tried with 4.0.0, 5.0.0, 5.3.0
Changing the dxgi.dll file to d3d11.dll doesn't fix the issue.
Any effect causes the issue (doesn't matter if it uses the depth buffer or not).
In other games like Batman Arkham Knight there are no issues.
When changing the resolution to 1080p in Sekiro, there are no issues.

How can I fix it so I can use Reshade at 1440p in Sekiro?
In the below screenshots it can be seen that the GPU post-processing is 154234523523623622.000 ms.

For anyone experiencing similar issues:
In Nvidia Control Panel, switch Low Latency Mode to On from Off.
This seems to fix it so far.
