Reshade Framework Mediator doesnt work

When i execute the mediator.exe it doesnt work, an error pops out stating "reshade framework mediator has stopped working"

btw i have install all the necessary requirements needed like the .net framework and visual c++

I know this reply is 2 years late but I just faced this problem and it's because of RTSS's OSD (Riva Tuner Statistics Server's On Screen Display) which tries to hook something into the mediator but doesn't work. I closed it and it's working fine now. Good luck!
