Not loading using game launchers

I was attempting to use this with Star Citizen v3.17.2. i have tried multiple installations however it does not start up on game entry (having to use launcher to go to game). I also tried this with Arma 3 and noticed using the .exe itself Reshade will load however does not if using the game launcher.

As there is no way to run Star Citizen straight from .exe file and having to use the launcher is there anything else i can try?
