I have tried asi loader and all. I been stuck with this problem for a while. Any tips would help.

Add this to ReShade.ini to make it work:

You are a god thank you it worked perfectly. i havent found anywhere else that said to do that. Im probably blind but still thank you

it didnt work for me it still doesnt start i am using Reshade 5.8.0
