[SOLVED] Cyberpunk 1.6 and Reshade 5.4.0 - crash on main menu

ReShade works initially but the game crashes when I go to the main menu (ESC key).
The game is working fine once ReShade is uninstalled from the game folder.
I had a preset with DPX, Tilt Shift and HDR Bloom installed, plus another filter to control overall desaturation and restore Red saturation (can't remember the filter name).
If that helps, I also had DLSS and RayTracing ON with an NVIDIA RTX 3090.
I will do more tests once I am back on my feet with other mods I wanted to use but I thought I would bring that up in case others want to check it out.

After this last patch 1.6 game crashes every time when map open. Last ReShade uptade was 22th August.
Yes i am possitive 100% sure it is ReShade itself. With no effect active/loaded at any time. ReShade disabled (Home key) and the map works fine, as soon as i enable reshade (still no effects) it crashes when opening map.
This does not happend with any other game menu (my case) and didn't happened before 1.6
I get really used to how reshade makes the game look and i don't know if it is a ReShade problem or not, but please fix this ASAP
I send a lot of reports to CDPR, around 20. I tried so many ways to fix the crash, thought it was some mod, so i clean them all and added them one by one, take them off, verify files, reinstall the game...
Then i tried CET, red4something, archivexl tweakxl, all one by one. Worked fine so i started adding some mods, worked fine.
So i install ReShade, and every time i open the map it get stucked like half second on the "sonar" effect and crashes. Thats when i did what i said before... ReShade installed but disabled, works fine, as soon as i enable reshade i can't open the map.

I just thought what the hell i put on all the mods and i do my new playtrhough serie without a map and i get to know the city better, life gives you lemons...
So i did, reconfig all mods, reshade, etc... AND i saw before on the ReShade website that Cyberpunk had rather complicated depth buffer
SO I went to "Add-ons" > check "Copy depth buffer before clear operations" (i had the heuristics too) and Voilá!!
TRY THIS ASAP AND LET KNOW
