[SOLVED] GTAV crashing to desktop with reshade

I downloaded the reshade 0.19+framework and by following the instructions here

I tried to install the mod but it just crashes on startup every single time when I use it

I noticed that I can't run ANY reshade mods...it always crash on start

if it's of any help,here's the last lines of d3d9 log where it seems things go wrong
