Reshades installs correctly but I can't open it no matter what button I use

I tried installing reshade with 8 games, it always installs well and the printscreen button actually works.

However when I try hitting the home button (or whatever button I remap it to) nothing happens.

I understand this might be a conflict with something, I disabled the steam and nvidia overlay but nothing much happens.

Does someone have a brilliant idea ? or a list of known conflicting softwares ?

I solved it, I uninstalled Citrix and now it works
