Actually that's what I meant, I clear them from the system tray and process list as well, still no good

I tried that in the video, and my CPU supports DEP, but when I try to add this game to exceptions it says it cannot be turned off for it

Formatting? My Windows is on a SSD and I just installed a fresh copy of the game, formatting can only speed up loading times, this crash is something else. As for GPU, I dunno
