Call of Duty 1 white screen upon joining server

I installed reshade's latest add-on supported version from this website. and installed on call of duty 1. I selected opengl and after choosing it selected all of the effects/shaders from the list. When i open the game for a first time everything is good but whenever i join any server and whenever server changes the map my whole screen is turns into white screen.

Some useful infos:
I used Reshade 5.6.0 with full add-on support version.
Graphics card is ''AMD radeon RX 560 Series''
CPU model is Intel core i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHZ

I don't know why this happened to me
 

What effects do you have enabled?

Well, it depends of which preset i would use because i am using four different preset but mostly like these ones: colourfullness, hdr, couple of sharpen effects (I tried to paste photo of reshade menu but it was seen as black screen when i try to paste it here).
