something wrong with a majority of my shaders?

hi im a complete noob to reshade, i really only use it for ffxiv, i moved over from gshade after that whole issue. 

recently (literally yesterday) a majority of my shaders have had this issue of the colours being completely off. im assuming its somthing to do with the SmartDeNoise.fx but i have no idea how i would fix it, sorry if this is a braindead question !

You have duplicates. Check your effect search paths.
