Bessel_Bloom.fx shader not showing in the menu

I'm using Reshade (DirectX 9) with Resident Evil 3 Classic Rebirth patch, and for some reason the Bessel_Bloom.fx shader is not showing in the in-game menu. The shaders compile fine without any errors. I've tried it many times actually. The shader itself is available in the "reshade-shaders" folder too. It's pretty weird because it shows fine in RE2.

That effect is not supported in DX9 games, only DX11+.

That's weird because it shows up on RE2 which is also a DX9 game, using dgvoodo2 method on Classic Rebirth's website. I also tried the same method for RE3 but it didn't work either.

dgvoodoo2 converts it to DX11, it's not longer DX9 at that point.

True, but like I said the same method didn't work for RE3.
