Pavlov just released Update 29, which updates the engine to Unreal Engine 5.1:

Edit: Forgot to mention the update also switches to game to OpenXR instead of OpenVR.
Unfortunately it appears to be deferred rendered with TAA (unfortunate choice for VR), so I disabled the AA via config file and installed ReShade. I don't know the exact render library, but I assumed D3D11 or D3D12 when installing. When I launch Pavlov VR I can see the ReShade banner on the desktop mirror, but there's no ReShade button in the SteamVR dashboard.
